Un amigo empezó a publicar en sus historias de Instagram en el momento que inició el libro. Empezó a decir lo bueno que era y que era una de las mejores lecturas que había leído en el año. Yo necesitaba algo así considerando que éste no ha sido mi año de lecturas. Después empezó a compartir a varios de sus contactos que habían iniciado el libro. Y, recordé que tenía créditos a favor en Audible y aproveché para comprar el audiolibro.
Empecé inmediatamente con él, además de que consideraba de que era rápido. Tres horas y media.
La manera de narrar de Lily sus experiencias, hace que sientas que fuiste a un café a platicar con alguna amiga cercana y que, en parte de sus experiencias, te hace sentir identificada/o; y si no es así, llegas a sentir empatía por ella y te hace recordar que ella es un ser humano como todos nosotros y que no es perfecta. Ella misma lo dice.
En fin, me gustó tanto, agradecí a mi amigo y, además, el mismo día decidí ordenar el libro por Amazon. Sentía unas ganas inmensas y la necesidad de escribir en él, poner lo que yo sentía y de marcarlo con post-its.
